MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pursuant to Code § 17.1-413, this opinion is not designated for publication.

Elden Dale Webb, Jr. appeals a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission finding that he failed to prove he sustained an injury by accident arising out of his employment on September 13, 2003. Upon the parties' waiver of oral argument, we have reviewed the record and the commission's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the commission in its final opinion. See Webb v. Ruan Transport Management Systems, Inc., VWC File No. 215-99-00 (Feb. 17, 2005).

Affirmed.
