DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 8, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's time to serve and file a respondent's brief is enlarged to 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the respondent's brief is due to be served and filed pursuant to this decision and order.
