BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted to the extent that the trial court shall set a hearing within 3 days in case number CF12–16360, at which time the court shall consider the relevant factors for setting bond pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.131 and make sufficient findings. In doing so, the court shall also address whether the petitioner was in violation of section 903.047, Florida Statutes (2012) at the time of his October 1, 2012, arraignment.
