LIMITATIONS OF ACTION, § 201suit for accounting not barred. Suit for accounting as to securities, entrusted to defendant for investment by plaintiff's mother, was not barred by limitations, where complaint was filed in 1944, and defendant had assured plaintiff as late as November 1942, that fund was secure and that plaintiff would be happy with money which defendant would return to her.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook County; the Hon. JOHN P. McGOORTY, Judge, presiding.
