Decided June 21, 1948.

An action to quiet title and to recover the amount of two thousand dollars as damages for withholding possession and loss of rentals. The ruling of the trial court was adverse to plaintiff and a decree was entered quieting title to the property in defendant.

Error to the District Court of Kiowa County, Hon. Harry Leddy, Judge.
