On October 19, 2023, petitioner filed the petition in this case and requested Atlanta, Georgia, as the place of trial. On October 20, 2023, petitioner filed a document titled Request for Place of Trial at Birmingham, Alabama, in which petitioner requests for the place of trial to be at Birmingham, Alabama, and also separately requests for the place of trial to be at Atlanta, Georgia.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Request for Place of Trial at Birmingham, Alabama, filed October 20, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. Petitioner is advised that if petitioner desires for the place of trial to be changed to Birmingham, Alabama, petitioner should file a Motion to Change Place of Trial.
