THE COURT:

GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, the opinion filed on June 24, 2008, is modified as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 19 and 20, “(d) charging excessive premiums for ‘shipment insurance’; and (d) employing unlicensed persons to sell insurance” is changed to read: “(d) charging excessive premiums for ‘shipment insurance’; and (e) employing unlicensed persons to sell insurance.”

2. On page 6, lines 4 and 5, “American Home Insurance Company” is changed to “American Home Assurance Company.”

3. On page 6, line 6, “American Home Insurance Company” is changed to “American Home Assurance Company.”

4. On page 9, lines 7 through 9, “DHL propounded as an ‘additional fact’ that shipment insurance sold by DHL is actually inland marine insurance” is change to “Wayne propounded as an ‘additional fact’ that shipment insurance sold by DHL is actually inland marine insurance.”
