This collection due process case was continued from the Court's June 12, 2023, remote trial session. On August 14, 2023, respondent filed a status report representing that he has attempted to contact petitioner's counsel multiple times over the past three months without success. In consideration of information contained in the report, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 21, 2023, petitioner shall file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case. Petitioner is advised that, if she fails to respond, the Court will entertain a motion by respondent to dismiss this case for lack of proper prosecution by petitioner.
