Kevin Watts & Holly Watts Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On June 1, 2021, respondent filed in this case a Motion To Consolidate Docket Numbers 1355-20S and 1789-21S. Respondent did not file his motion in the case at Docket No. 1355-20S. The Court cannot act on respondent's motion to consolidate unless that motion is filed in all cases to be consolidated. The parties are advised that the Court's new case management system does not presently allow the filing of such a motion in one case to cause the simultaneous filing of that motion in all other cases to be consolidated. Thus respondent will be required to file his motion to consolidate separately in each case to be consolidated.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Consolidate Docket Numbers 1355-20S and 1789-21S, filed in this case on June 1, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record.
