Appellant's Motion for Extension of Time as Necessary, filed on May 28, 2004, which has been treated as a motion to accept as timely filed his motion for reinstatement, filed on May 19, 2004, is hereby denied and the motion for reinstatement is hereby stricken as untimely.

On the Court's own motion, the reference to the "Fifth District Court of Appeal" in the order of dismissal dated April 30, 2004, is hereby corrected to read "Second District Court of Appeal."

In light of this disposition, appellant's Motion to Accept Jurisdiction, filed in this Court on January 14, 2004, and inadvertently not acted upon in the order of dismissal dated April 30, 2004, is hereby denied as moot.
