ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, REMANDING CASE RE: DKT. NOS. 5, 10

William H. Orrick United States District Judge

Magistrate Judge Alex Tse issued a report and recommendation that the plaintiff's motion to remand be granted. No party has objected. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 72(b). I have reviewed the entirety of the record. I ADOPT the report and recommendation and GRANT the motion to remand. This case shall be remanded to the Superior Court for the County of San Francisco.
