Negligence — Motor vehicles — Operating at speed to permit stopping within assured clear distance ahead — Section 12603, General Code — Specific requirement of law — Contributory negligence per se — Oncoming automobile collided with disabled truck parked at nighttime on highway.

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of Skinner v. Pennsylvania Rd. Co., 127 Ohio St. 69, 186 N.E. 722, and Gumley, Admr., v. Cowman, 129 Ohio St. 36, 193 N.E. 627.

Judgment affirmed.
