Santa Cruz County Super. Ct. No. CV154571, CV154572.

Mihara, J.

Appellant City of Watsonville (the City) appeals from the trial court’s postjudgment orders awarding attorney’s fees to respondents. The City concedes that its appeal from the attorney’s fees orders is “wholly dependent” on its appeal from the trial court’s judgment. “The City only asks this Court to reverse the fee orders if the City’s appeal from the judgment is successful.” In the City’s appeal from the trial court’s judgment, we rejected its contentions and affirmed the trial court’s judgment. Consequently, the City concedes that this appeal has no merit.

The orders are affirmed.
