The Petition for Extraordinary Relief, for a Writ of Quo Warranto, for a Writ of Mandamus, and for a Writ of Prohibition, is hereby denied.

Petitioner's alternative request that the Third District Court of Appeal be directed to appoint new counsel for purposes of appeal is hereby denied without prejudice to petitioner filing a motion for appointment of counsel in the district court.
