The petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent the petitioner seeks to compel the circuit court to rule on pending motions, the petition is denied without prejudice. To the extent the petitioner seeks review of previous rulings by the circuit court and the district court, the petition is hereby dismissed. See Mathews v. Crews, 132 So.3d 776 (Fla. 2014). No motion for rehearing will be considered by this Court.
