ORDER
ERIN A. NOWELL JUSTICE.
The clerk's record filed March 26, 2024, at pages 266 through 281, contains confidential information, namely, the juror questionnaire forms including the jurors' addresses, telephone numbers, and other personal information. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 35.29. We STRIKE the clerk's record filed March 26, 2024.
We ORDER the district clerk to file within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order volume 1 of the clerk's record without the juror questionnaire forms.
We ORDER the trial court to sign within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order an appropriate order sealing volume 2 of the clerk's record, which will contain the juror questionnaire forms.
We ORDER the district clerk to file under seal within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order volume 2 of the clerk's record containing the trial court's sealing order as the first document in the clerk's record (see Tex. R. App. P. 9.10(g)) and the juror questionnaire forms.
We ABATE this appeal for the trial court to comply with this order. The appeal shall be reinstated when volumes 1 and 2 of the clerk's record are filed or at such other time as the Court deems appropriate.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Larry Phillips, Presiding Judge, 59th Judicial District Court; Kelly Ashmore, Grayson County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
