PER CURIAM.

Inasmuch as the plaintiff-appellee did not appeal the order of dismissal within thirty (30) days of the rendition thereof, the trial court lost jurisdiction to reinstate the complaint.¹

The order granting the motion to set aside the order of dismissal is hereby reversed.
