On February 24, 2023, Brett D. Sanger electronically filed an Entry of Appearance on behalf of petitioner Watson Insurance Company Ltd. in docket number 17350-21. On this same date, Mr. Sanger also filed an Entry of Appearance in Michael J. Watson & Tracey L. Watson v. Commissioner, docket number, 12220-21; however, this filing by Mr. Sanger erroneously listed Watson Insurance Company Ltd. as petitioner and docket number 17350-21, rather than listing the petitioners and the correct docket number for the case.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the Entry of Appearance for Petitioners Michael J. Watson & Tracey L. Watson, filed on February 24, 2023 (index number 14) is stricken from the record of this matter.
Should Mr. Sanger intend to enter an appearance in this case for petitioners Michael J. Watson & Tracey L. Watson, he is directed to do so by listing the petitioners in his filing, along with the correct case caption and docket number.
