MARK L. WATSON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On June 25, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon further review, however, it appears that the record does not contain a copy of a notice of deficiency which is clearly associated with petitioner. The taxpayer's name was improperly redacted in the copy of the notice of deficiency attached to the Petition.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 18, 2024, respondent shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a properly redacted copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based. The Court will hold the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision pending submission of the properly redacted notice of deficiency.
