This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 6, 2024, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session. On April 5, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance advising that respondent has learned that petitioner, Wanda R. Watson, passed away in July 2022. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed April 5, 2024, is set for hearing at the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session at 10:00 am on May 6, 2024, in Room 212, 2nd Floor, U.S. Custom House, 423 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130.

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance.

The parties are advised that if we do not receive a response from petitioners we intend to grant respondent's motion.
