ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed November 3, 2023. Respondent's motion was heard in Jacksonville, Florida, on December 5, 2023, during the trial session that began in that city on the day before. Counsel for the parties appeared and advised the Court that they reached a basis of settlement after respondent's motion was filed.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the proceedings, it is ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
