ORDER


Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On May 5, 2006, defendants filed a motion to compel. Plaintiff did not file an opposition. Accordingly, on July 3, 2006, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause for his failure to oppose the motion. Plaintiff did not respond to the July 3, 2006, order.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. Defendants' May 5, 2006, motion to compel is granted;

2. Within twenty days of the date of this order, plaintiff shall serve defendants' counsel with responses to interrogatories and requests for production of documents originally served on plaintiff on or around February 15, 2006.
