On April 26, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report in this case in which they stated, "The parties will file a status report . . . to inform the Court of whether Appeals has responded to petitioner's qualified offer and released the stay."
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 23, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report addressing the foregoing matters and informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
