Watkins v. Robert W. Gottfried, Inc.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Feb 25, 1966
183 So. 2d 13 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1966)

Opinion

No. 5262.

January 26, 1966. Rehearing Denied February 25, 1966.

Appeal from Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Robert S. Hewitt, Judge.

O'Connell Cooper, West Palm Beach, for appellants.

Burns, Middleton, Rogers Farrell, Palm Beach, for appellee.

After carefully reviewing the fifteen volumes of transcript, and the briefs of counsel, it appears that appellants have failed to demonstrate any error committed by the lower court. All the findings of fact made by the lower court are supported by competent substantial evidence in the records. The law applied to the findings is correct.

The judgment is affirmed.

SHANNON, Acting C.J., and SMITH, SHERMAN N., Jr., Associate Judge, concur.
