Tina WATERS, Wife, Appellant, v. Charles WATERS, Jr., Husband, Appellee.


Though the matter was first raised at the final hearing, the parties in this dissolution proceeding agreed to allow Tina Waters, the former wife, to restore her former name as part of the final judgment, but the trial court—through inadvertence—failed to do so. I would remand on this issue only and require an amended final judgment to restore her name; I concur on all other issues.
