DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to take judicial notice.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to take judicial notice of 7 NYCRR 720.3 (q), 1010.4 and 1010.6, the petition and the letter marked A-18 is denied, without costs, as unnecessary, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to take judicial notice of Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Directive No. 4910A and the letters marked A-17 and A-19 is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to take judicial notice of the submissions marked A-15 and A-16 is denied, without costs.
