2. I have familiarized myself with the issues involved in Waterfront Petroleum Terminal Company v. Detroit Bulk Storage, Inc., No. 19-13621. As a result of my knowledge of that case, I can attest and affirm that there are, to the best of my knowledge, no non-disclosed grounds for disqualification under 28 U.S.C.§ 455 that would prevent me from serving as a Special Master in this matter.
