Action to recover damages for breach of a guarantee on the construction of a roof, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury and referred to Anthony Fitzgerald, attorney state trial referee, who recommended judgment in favor of the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, Stoughton, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the referee's findings, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
