The petition for writ of certiorari is granted, the order under review is quashed and the cause remanded to the trial court with directions to grant the petitioner/intervenor William J. Washuta leave to intervene in circuit court case no. 78-10491 now presently pending in the Circuit Court for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Miracle House Corp. v. Haige, 96 So.2d 417 (Fla. 1957).

It is so ordered.
