Washington v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Jun 8, 1993
619 So. 2d 318 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1993)

Opinion

No. 92-780.

April 20, 1993. As Corrected on Denial of Rehearing June 8, 1993.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court of Dade County; Allen Kornblum, Judge.

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender, and Sheryl J. Lowenthal, Sp. Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Consuelo Maingot, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before BASKIN, FERGUSON and LEVY, JJ.

In view of the fact that the evidence supports the trial court's denial of the appellant's motion for judgment of acquittal and, furthermore, that the error, if any, in denying the appellant's motion to suppress was harmless, this case is affirmed in all respects.

Affirmed.
