339th District Court of Harris County No. 1478770

ORDER

TERRY ADAMS, JUDGE

Appellant J.R. Washington's court-appointed attorney, Tonya Rolland McLaughlin, filed a motion for withdrawal as attorney of record on appeal for appellant. McLaughlin states that good cause exists for withdrawal because she is in the process of closing her law practice and certifies that appellant has been provided a copy of the motion in writing. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5. She further states that the trial court has granted her motion to withdraw below, and appointed Stephen Aslett to represent appellant in this appeal. She requests that this Court grant her motion to withdraw and substitute Aslett as counsel for appellant on appeal. The motion to withdraw and for substitution of counsel is

GRANTED.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Tonya Rolland McLaughlin as counsel for appellant and substitute Stephen Aslett as counsel for appellant on the docket of this Court.

It is so ORDERED.
