Before the Court is court reporter Stacy Harlow's January 30, 2024 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. In the request, Ms. Harlow states the record is due February 4, 2024, and she requests an extension of time. In fact, the record is not due until April 4, 2024. Accordingly, the request is DENIED without prejudice to being reasserted, if necessary, at a later date.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Stacy Harlow, Court Reporter, and counsel for all parties.
