ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a guilty plea, of robbery. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Steven R. Kosach, Judge. We lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal because the notice of appeal was not filed within the relevant appeal period and appellant did not deliver the notice of appeal to a prison official for mailing within the relevant appeal period. See NRAP 4(b)(1)(A) ; Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 871 P.2d 944 (1994) (“[A]n untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court.”); Kellogg v. Journal Communications, 108 Nev. 474, 477, 835 P.2d 12, 13 (1992) (holding that a notice of appeal is deemed “filed” when it is delivered to a prison official). Therefore, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
