AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 125when verdict in action for death of plaintiff's intestate in collision not against manifest weight of evidence. In action for death of intestate from automobile collision, where it appeared that intestate was driving farm truck in southerly direction when he collided on hill with defendant's farm truck and trailer proceeding in northerly direction, verdict for plaintiff held not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Winnebago county; the Hon. WILLIAM R. DUSHER, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the May term, 1943.
