An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered October 7, 2020, and respondent-respondent having moved to adjourn oral argument and for an extension of time to file a brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted and the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for March 30, 2022, and is added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing May 9, 2022, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief is granted and the time is extended to April 12, 2022.
