ORDER

This case was heard during the Court's September 12, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 14, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that counsel for the petitioner Ray Washington has been unsuccessful in contacting Mr. Washington to resolve this case. On November 22, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss how to move this case forward. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 22, 2022, the Commissioner may file a motion for entry of decision or another appropriate motion. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on petitioner Ray Washington at his address of record.
