This case is calendared for trial during the Court's April 4, 2022, Memphis, Tennessee trial session. On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. On March 15, 2022, the Court received from the parties a proposed stipulated decision in which the Court intends to enter into the record.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution dated March 14, 2022, is hereby denied as moot.
