I. STIPULATION

Plaintiff Washington State Convention Center Public Facilities District (“Plaintiff”) requests that its response deadline be extended. Defendant Employers Insurance Company of Wausau (“Defendant”), is agreeable so long as its corresponding reply deadline also be extended.
