Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that John Oswald, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Mary Cosgrove Militano, Esq., 7 Cornell Boulevard, Scotia, NY 12302, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as she may direct, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to file the attorney for the children's brief extended to February 27, 2019.
