On November 8, 2022, respondent filed an Answer at Docket Index No. 6. That filing was not properly executed by counsel. On the following day, November 9, 2022, respondent filed a properly executed Answer at Docket Index No. 7. But for the signature thereon, the Answer filed at Docket Index No. 7 appears to be a duplicate of the Answer filed at Docket Index No. 6.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Answer filed at Docket Index No. 6 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
