DAVID THOMAS WARREN, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

An unpublished order shall not be regarded as precedent and shall not be cited as legal authority. SCR 123.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court decision denying "the motion to resentence or deny sentencing [and acquit]. . . decided on December 11, 2014." Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Kerry Louise Earley, Judge.

The Hon. Valorie J. Vega, Judge, presided over the district court proceedings conducted on December 11, 2014.

Our review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, no statute or court rule provides for an appeal from such a decision. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.

In light of this order, we direct the clerk of this court to return, unfiled, appellant's pro se emergency motion for an expedited decision, received on February 3, 2015.
