An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 04, 2019,

And plaintiff-appellant having moved for poor person relief and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion, deemed to include a request to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, is granted to the extent of reinstating the aforesaid appeal and extending the time to perfect same to the March 2021 Term, and is otherwise denied. ENTERED: September 24, 2020
