PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Yates County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 20, 2013, and petitioner-appellant having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to November 12, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-appellant submit ten copies of his reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 9, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
