ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

This collection due process (CDP) case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On October 5, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 8). Also on October 5, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Remand (Doc. 9), asking the Court to remand the case to respondent's IRS Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental hearing to be held consistent with the terms outlined in the parties' Motion.

By Order served October 11, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial and Joint Motion to Remand were granted. The case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration, including a supplemental administrative hearing.

On March 6, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 11) informing the Court that a supplemental notice of determination was issued to petitioners on February 14, 2023. The parties request that the Court restore this case to the general docket for trial or other disposition. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned judge and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
