On April 3, 2024, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The Settlement Stipulation references an attached Form 3623, Statement of Account. However, no Statement of Account is attached to the Settlement Stipulation. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Settlement Stipulation is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 18, 2024, the parties shall file a proper settlement stipulation, including all attachments.
