JUDGMENT


This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered,

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the petition for writ of habeas corpus, construed as a motion to vacate, set aside or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, be and it is hereby dismissed without prejudice to Movant's right to reassert it after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled on her direct appeal stemming from the revocation of supervised release.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall transmit a true copy of this judgment and the order adopting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge to Petitioner.
