Judgment and order reversed on the law, with costs, and complaint dismissed, with costs, upon the ground that the defendant has not been shown guilty of negligence. All concur. (The judgment was for damages for personal injuries sustained by tripping on stairs. The order denied motion for a new trial on the minutes.)
