The petitioner Lance Wargo's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 144 Conn.App. 695, 73 A.3d 821, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the judgment of the habeas court rejecting the petitioner's claim that he was entitled to a writ of habeas corpus with respect to his conviction of murder and arson because the attorney in his criminal case was burdened by a conflict of interest arising out of his representation of the petitioner on a contingency fee basis in connection with his claim against his insurance company for payment for the losses he sustained as a result of the same fire that formed the basis of the arson charge?”
