This case was originally calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court in Cleveland, Ohio set to commence November 7, 2022. By Order of the Court dated November 7, 2022, served prior to calendar call, this case was stricken for trial and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On November 15, 2022, the parties filed with the Court two Settlement Stipulations. The Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 10 contained an additional improper title page noting the document as a "Proposed Stipulated Decision." The Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 11 is properly filed.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 10, filed with the Court November 15, 2022, is stricken from the record of this case.
