ORDER

ELIZABETH A. COPELAND, JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on November 7, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio.

On November 4, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties participated in a telephone conference on October 31, 2022, at which time the draft Decision, Stipulation, and Form 3623 computation were reviewed. Respondent informed the Court that neither party requested changes to the documents, and that the documents were mailed to petitioner for signature on November 1, 2022. Respondent requests thirty (30) days in which to submit signed decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Trial Session set to commence on November 7, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court.
